**Speech and Language Therapist Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing essential speech and language therapy services across the Northwest and Western regions of Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adults with disabilities.

  • The ideal candidate will have a recognised third-level qualification in Speech & Language Therapy and minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, preferably in disability services.
  • They will be registered (or eligible for registration) with CORU as a Speech & Language Therapist and possess advanced clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and diagnostics.

The Speech and Language Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with intellectual disabilities, physical, sensory, and autism-related needs.

  • Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy services, and collaborating with the team to ensure holistic care.

**Requirements**
  • A recognised third-level qualification in Speech & Language Therapy

  • Experience delivering communication aid programs, such as Lámh
  • Valid Garda Clearance (and Overseas Clearance if applicable)
