Epic Client Systems Administrators play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of healthcare systems.

As an Epic Client Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and deploying the Epic client. This includes managing Hyperspace/Hyperdrive environments, MyChart infrastructure, and Web Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, maintain, and deploy the Epic client on Microsoft Windows servers
  • Maintain and support Epic ancillary services like Hyperspace and Interconnect
  • Assist in integrating other applications with Epic using web services
  • Implement high availability strategies and mechanisms for Epic systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose Epic application issues
  • Develop disaster recovery procedures

Required Skills:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Epic Systems
  • Knowledge of SQL Administration
  • Experience working in an entry-level role or at a helpdesk
  • Experience working on Cloud Platforms (Azure or AWS)
