Fire Protection Fitter Role

We're seeking an experienced Fire Protection Fitter to join our maintenance and small works department within the Fire Protection division. This role will be based in the Leinster or Munster region of Ireland.

About the Job

This position involves working on sprinkler systems, requiring excellent knowledge and skills in this area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be flexible to travel around the country, and be able to plan and work from sprinkler drawings.

  • Experienced fire protection pipe fitter with knowledge of all types of sprinkler systems.
  • Flexible to travel around the country.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as a lead fitter.
  • Liaise and build relationships with clients.
  • Competent in operating fire pumps and related fire alarms.
Your Qualifications and Key Skills
  • National Craft Certificate in construction or a related field.
  • Ability to manage a job to completion and attend white board meetings.
  • Flexible for outside of normal working hours.
  • Construction background with experience in building and maintaining complex engineering projects.
