Job Responsibilities
- As a seasoned professional in testing, you should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience with over 4 years of test lead experience in Payments projects.
- You must have ~ 5 years of experience in Payments & GPP SP testing.
- SEPA / ISO 20222 Payments experience is essential.
- GPP SP experience is necessary.
- Holding GPP Classic experience is beneficial.
- MQ, API, SQL/Oracle experience is required.
- Strong SIT/E2E testing experience is necessary.
- Jira / Confluence experience is required.
- Collaborate with the test manager to create estimates, test strategies/approaches.
- Review and ensure the quality of test deliverables.
- Work closely with onshore/offshore mixed test delivery teams; the Test Analyst/Engineer will be accountable for:
- Analyze Project Requirements and raise queries/defects using Static Data Testing Techniques.
- Create functional Test Scenarios/Test Cases and identify supporting test data (if required).
- Guarantee all test queries are addressed, and requirements/defects are resolved.
- Verify test coverage of test scenarios via RTM.
- Presentation of walkthrough sessions to the business, business analyst, and technical teams on test scenarios & test cases.
- Execute all test cases through Zephyr/Jira (if required).
- Track and maintain team schedules.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Obtaining ISTQB or equivalent certification is highly recommended.
Requirements
- A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is mandatory.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably within Quality Assurance / Testing.
- Attention to detail and delivering high-quality work are essential.
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced environments is necessary.
- Comfortable handling numerical data and possessing strong analytical skills.
- Will to undertake 30-60% travel.
