**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and working closely with our team to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Develop product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers on our products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Passion for health and wellness and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic retail environment.
