Senior Service Delivery Director

A visionary Senior Service Delivery Director is required to spearhead the management of our Galway operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and driving business growth in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive service delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across multiple contracts.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial Operations to onboard new clients and transition services to Business As Usual (BAU) status.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish service standards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and operational procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
  • A degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations and team management within a customer-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of success in service delivery and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to support business development.
  • Excellent communication skills to inspire and engage teams.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
