HR Total Rewards Manager

We are seeking a skilled HR and Total Rewards Specialist to support our restaurant teams in driving strategic HR, benefits, and compensation initiatives.
This role will ensure compliance, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience through accurate administration and responsive support.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Supports company-operated restaurants, ensuring a positive employee experience and full compliance with labor laws, regulations, and policies.
- Evaluates minimum wage requirements and requests adjustments with the HR Technology team.
- Liaises with payroll to ensure timely and accurate payouts.
- Develops and implements process improvements to automate key benefits and compensation programs.
- Provides administrative support, including preparing employee compensation communication and benefit verifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook
- 1-2 year prior HR or Total Rewards Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
