This permanent role will be based at our client site in Claremorris, working closely with the Account Manager and other team members to ensure the effective management of site facilities and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of site facilities by coordinating PPM and reactive works with internal and external suppliers.
  • Manage health and safety documentation to guarantee that RAMS are available for all works, including permit-to-work systems.
  • Perform daily inspections of M&E systems and report any issues promptly.
  • Support the in-house maintenance team with some maintenance works.
  • Monitor BMS systems as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to local clients on tasks and projects.
  • Prepare site-specific reports, such as weekly AC and lighting schedules, and monthly energy data reports.
  • Liaise with the Helpdesk for requisitions and service call outs.
  • Manage in-house mail and porter services.
  • Coordinate third-party contractors' visits and inspect their work afterwards.
  • Log visitors and contractors and report any incidents.
  • Execute emergency procedures in case of fires, floods, break-ins, or accidents.
  • Notify the helpdesk of any changes to the site's Asset Register.
  • Supervise in-house cleaning services operations.
  • Participate in out-of-hours services.
  • Travel between sites as necessary.
