Senior Corporate Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Finance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and deal structuring.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential business opportunities, conducting financial analysis and due diligence, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.

This key position offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients, build strong relationships, and develop solutions that deliver value.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA
  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate finance M&A role
  • Recent material track record of new client origination
  • Experience in building and retaining strong client relationships
