Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Python expert to join our dynamic Risk and Finance Technology team.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of Python and strong relational database/SQL experience.

Apart from technical expertise, the successful applicant will have excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on cutting-edge technology projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

This role requires a collaborative and agile approach with emphasis on researching new technologies to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop web-based Python solutions to solve complex business problems within Risk & Finance Technology.
  • Collaborate with business users, business analysts, and development colleagues to deliver enterprise-scale risk management solutions.
  • Contribute to an agile delivery process and continuously explore new technologies to improve processes.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Python.
  • Strong relational database/SQL experience.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Ideally strong Linux/UNIX experience.
  • Experience building RESTful web APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask or Django.
