Main Responsibilities and Deliverables
  • Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design guidelines that improve process efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achievement of team objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Post Graduate Qualification – ideally in Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
  • Pursuing Chartered Status with SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI is advantageous.
  • APM affiliation is beneficial.
