Senior Supply Chain Manager

- Logistics Management: Manage logistics processes related to contract setup, material control, inventory, and shipping/receiving.
- Activity Prioritization: Prioritize activities, plan daily tasks, and coordinate the movement of materials.
- Policy Implementation: Implement and improve supply chain policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with GXP and GDP standards.
- Initiative Execution: Identify and execute logistics initiatives to meet departmental and company targets.
- Process Analysis: Analyze systems and processes, develop tools to support operational excellence.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors.
- Technology Development: Assist in developing new technologies and processes for continuous improvement.
- ERP Support: Support ERP system development and business process architecture.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor team members.
- Extensive Experience: Extensive experience in supply chain or related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or chemical manufacturing industries.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of transportation logistics, GMP/GXP standards, and regulatory compliance.
- System Familiarity: Experience with planning systems, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
- Certification: Six Sigma or Lean certification is preferred.
- Management Experience: Management or supervisory experience is a plus.
