Job Title

Time and Attendance Coordinator – H&W

The role of Time and Attendance Coordinator – H&W is to support the H&W Clinical teams with the coordination and operational management of time and attendance-related activities across several service lines.

This includes coordinating time and attendance inputs, supporting tasks such as extracting and checking data, running reports and data cleansing activities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate timesheet processing, working closely with HR and Finance, and providing upskilling and systems training where required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate time and attendance inputs across multiple service lines
  • Support time and attendance tasks including extracting and checking data, running reports and data cleansing activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate timesheet processing
  • Provide upskilling and systems training where required
  • Consolidate and manage accurate inputs for time and attendance as per the payroll cycle
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proven attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to meet agreed deadlines and priorities.
