This luxury residential agency, Lex Consultancy Recruitment, is seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with vendors, managing appointments, and ensuring sales progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively involved in property sales to meet office targets
  • Liaise with vendors for potential property instructions and sales progression
  • Manage appointments, inspections, and attend residential meetings
  • Compliance with legal documentation and maintaining file management systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage front office duties

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years in residential sales or a similar industry
  • Must hold a PSRA licence or be eligible to obtain one
  • Must have a full driving license and vehicle
  • First-rate customer service skills with the ability to liaise effectively with vendors and buyers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work as part of an interactive team
  • Ability to efficiently plan and organise work time and assess priorities
