CPL is a prominent player in the technology sector seeking an experienced HR Generalist or Business Partner to join their team as a Strategic HR Advisor.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of HR and be responsible for covering a wide range of HR activities. This includes leading employee engagement initiatives, resolving HR queries, supporting external recruitment and internal talent moves, implementing HR change projects, and providing oversight on training/L&D.

Your Qualifications and Experience:
  • A 3rd-level degree qualified or higher in HR, business studies, or a related discipline.
  • 3-4+ years' experience in a HR Generalist, HR BP, or similar level role ideally.
  • Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver on HR projects.
About the Benefits:

This role is a maternity leave contract with a minimum duration of 12 months. The salary will depend on candidate skills and experience but is expected to be approx. 65k + benefits and completion bonus.

This role offers a flexible working arrangement with 2 days office-based and 3 days remote so could suit candidates based outside the immediate region.
