We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, reading comprehension, sound writing skills, and decision-making abilities.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat. This includes obtaining and recording the details of customer enquiries, comments, and complaints, as well as the actions taken to resolve any issues.
Additional duties include providing information about company products or services, assisting with or cancelling website orders, referring unresolved grievances to the proper departmental specialist, and providing refunds, bill adjustments, or exchanges.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining a constant dialogue with Store, Online, and Warehouse teams to resolve customer product enquiries and order enquiries. The representative will also gather customer feedback and share it with the relevant teams.
This position requires effective communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The representative will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers resolve issues
- FOLLOWING UP WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THEIR ISSUES ARE RESOLVED
- Maintaining a log with information about customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, online chats, refunds, and payment disputes
