Job Overview

You'll work closely with our Head of Product and Lead Developer to build and support our Recruitment Marketing product. As a key member of our Engineering team, you'll design, test, and ship code daily, shaping the future of the platform.

We focus on continuous delivery, prioritising clean code (100% test coverage) on top of anti-fragile infrastructure (using Infrastructure as Code) on AWS. This enables us to deliver multiple times a day into our production environment hosted in multiple AWS regions and built on Ruby on Rails, backed by MySQL.
