As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, and testing of Werum PAS-X MBRs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements, manage the full MBR development lifecycle, and provide technical expertise for the ongoing development of the site MES system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and test Werum PAS-X MBRs from initial concept to final approval.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, automation, and IT teams to gather and analyze user requirements.
  • Manage the full MBR development lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation using HP Application Lifecycle Management.
  • Provide support and technical expertise for the ongoing development of the site MES system, development of MBRs, and improving the MES business process.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for EBR end-users and review and update relevant SOPs.
  • Integrate equipment and troubleshoot issues where required for MES and all relevant interfaces.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or similar field.
  • 2+ years' experience in MES design in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Koerber (Werum) PAS-X, with strong proficiency in MBR design.
  • Experience working in syringe/vial manufacturing operations is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MES integration with Level 2 automation systems such as SCADA, DeltaV, and PI.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to new technology.
