CPL is currently recruiting an experienced and professional Transport Manager to manage all aspects of the hotel's busy airport shuttle bus operation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all shuttle bus operations between the hotel and Dublin Airport.
- Supervise and schedule drivers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Step in to cover driving duties as required to ensure service continuity.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and compliance checks.
- Ensure safety and comfort of all passengers.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all vehicles.
- Assist with luggage loading/unloading as required.
- Monitor fuel levels and vehicle readiness.
- Uphold all RSA regulations and company policies.
- Provide a professional, courteous service to all guests and staff.
- Full clean Irish driving licence (including Category D licence).
- Valid Transport Manager CPC qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Up-to-date CPC and digital driver card.
- Willingness and ability to drive shuttle buses when necessary.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication.
- Punctual, flexible, and reliable.
Work 5 out of 7 days per week (including weekends and bank holidays on a rota). Start time from 5:00 AM – flexibility required depending on flight schedules and shuttle demand.
