Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.

You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized store environment, processing transactions efficiently, receiving and checking new deliveries, and ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed.

• Provide an outstanding customer experience by assisting with queries, purchases, and returns
• Maintain a visually appealing shop floor and stockroom, ensuring high standards are met
• Process transactions efficiently at the till point, handling queries, voids, and returns
• Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries
• Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Honesty, strong communication skills, and the ability to listen and share ideas
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• A team player with high motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
• An interest in fashion and the latest trends
• Prior experience in a busy retail environment is ideal
