About the Role:
  • This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Client-Side Designer to work closely with other departments, assessing the feasibility of potential sites and assisting with Masterplanning.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the standardization of typologies, optimizing designs to find efficiencies in housing models, and coordinating external Consultants and Stakeholders throughout all stages of Planning.
Requirements:
  1. A Third Level Qualification in Architecture is required, along with membership or eligibility for membership with the RIAI.
  2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in large-scale Residential design is essential, with significant exposure to both Housing & Apartments highly beneficial.
  3. A track-record in the early stages of developments, forensic knowledge of Irish Planning Regulations, and competence in softwares such as Revit, AutoCAD etc. are also necessary.
