We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Employee Relations Specialist
About the JobThis strategic position focuses on implementing and applying Employee Relations functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will review policies and procedures regularly to ensure compliance with current legislation and advise on competitive compensation and benefits packages for our teams.
The position also involves driving initiatives to promote employee engagement and career development, fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with ER Manager to provide day-to-day coaching and advice to managers and associates on various employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and management.
- Offer support, guidance, and coaching when approached by staff or managers on employee relations topics.
- Stay up-to-date on employment law and trends.
- Assist in tracking employee relations trends to proactively identify issues and develop training and interventions.
- Implement HR strategies effectively.
- Promote the Annual Employee Survey to gauge employee satisfaction.
- Manage the recruitment process for our organization.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary procedures.
- Advise and support senior management teams on ER matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel data in line with GDPR and country legislations.
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Support HR projects and initiatives that align with business strategies.
- Promote our organization's Culture and policies.
- Contribute to delivering training and career development programs.
