Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also be able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor even in challenging situations. Additionally, you should have a full understanding of hotel operations and be familiar with all the facilities and services we offer. You will also be expected to take ownership of guest issues and handle them in an appropriate professional manner.

Others:
