About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Partner to join our team in West Dublin. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through effective financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and Board Reporting Packs, analysing and reviewing costs and margins, and implementing cost-saving measures. You will also manage balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments, as well as oversee cash flow, debtors, and creditors. Additionally, you will assist with statutory annual accounts audits and manage the invoice financing facility. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role, and fluency in English is required. Ambitious individuals with 3+ years' experience in industry or practice dealing with industry clients are encouraged to apply. Experience with several ERP systems is advantageous, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively is essential.
