Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement EHS systems, wellbeing initiatives, and policies to meet defined performance targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish and regional EHS regulations and internal procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with site teams to maintain alignment and promote a strong safety culture.
  • SUPPORT THE INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF INCIDENTS, FACILITATING LESSONS LEARNED.
  • LEAD AND PROMOTE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENTS ACROSS EHS SYSTEMS AND SITE PRACTICES.
  • COORDINATE WITH REGULATORY BODIES AND CLIENTS DURING INSPECTIONS, AUDITS, AND REVIEWS.
  • OFFER EXPERT ADVICE TO SITE TEAMS ON HAZARD IDENTIFICATION AND RISK MITIGATION STRATEGIES.
  • GATHER AND REPORT EHS DATA AND PERFORMANCE METRICS ACCURATELY AND ON TIME.
  • SUPPORT THE DELIVERY OF EHS TRAINING INITIATIVES AND RAISE AWARENESS ACROSS THE PROJECT.
  • PARTICIPATE IN SCHEDULED INSPECTIONS, AUDITS, AND SAFETY WALKDOWNS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE AND BEST PRACTICES ARE UPHELD.
  • CONTRIBUTE TO PROJECT DOCUMENTATION, ENSURING ALL ACTIVITIES ALIGN WITH COMPANY VALUES AND SAFETY STANDARDS.
