Job Description
Risk and Compliance in the Financial Industry

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced compliance professional to help build our 2nd Line of Defence (2LoD) conduct and compliance capabilities. This role will play a key part in ensuring we grow and scale in a safe and compliant manner.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the roll out of our Conduct Risk Management Framework, including in respect of vulnerable customers.
- Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of conduct and compliance related policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide compliance review and sign-off with respect to advertising and marketing materials.
- Assist in the preparation of regular conduct and compliance reports and Management Information to senior management.

Requirements
- Prior experience in holding conduct and/or compliance related roles within a financial institution or regulatory body.
- Detailed knowledge of conduct and consumer protection regulation and evolving trends in this space.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
