Job Details

We are seeking an experienced payroll administrator to join our team at PlaceMe Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, with expertise in end-to-end processing and benefit administration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage third-party deductions, including pension, VHI, and social welfare.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure payroll accruals are accurate.
  • Respond to employee queries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and compile specialized payroll reports.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills
  • Experience in calculating Benefit in Kind for a company fleet.
