Job Overview:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in labor and employment law and be able to provide strategic advice to ER and HR teams. They will also be responsible for drafting and revising employment-related agreements and policies, as well as partnering with internal teams to build processes and playbooks for recurring employee-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to ER and HR teams across the region on a broad range of employee-related issues
  • Draft and revise employment-related agreements and policies
  • Partner with internal teams to build processes and playbooks for recurring employee-related matters
  • Support employment litigation as necessary
  • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to provide practical advice and bring strategic and scalable solutions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in labor and employment
  • Qualified lawyer in at least one EMEA jurisdiction with demonstrated academic credentials
  • Experience with labor and employment law in EMEA, including performance management, compliance and disciplinary procedures
  • Experience with coordinating and driving to completion large-scale projects
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented work experience
