Job Summary

This key role supports recruitment efforts across multiple regions, managing the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with department heads for final stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • HR Policy Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on HR policies and procedures.
  • Candidate Coordination: Coordinate interviews for candidates across different regions.
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with regional HR regulations.
  • Support to Senior Management: Provide support to the HR Manager and senior management, such as preparing reports, forecasting issues, and preparing business cases.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand talent needs and timelines.
  • HR Queries: Handle HR-related queries efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree or strong background in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in an agile environment.
  • Discretion: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Solution-Focused: A proactive and solution-focused approach to tasks.
