Healthcare Assistant
- Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and appearance while maintaining dignity
- Help organise and participate in social and recreational activities
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
- Adhere to health and safety protocols
- Carry out additional duties as directed by the Nurse in Charge or management
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualification (or equivalent) – completed or in progress
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland - Non sponsorship role
- Fluent English – written and spoken
