Senior Financial Administrator

A leading organization is seeking a seasoned Financial Accountant to oversee daily financial operations and provide assistance to senior finance team members. This role offers substantial potential for professional growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:- Record day-to-day cash inflows and outflows from diverse bank accounts, followed by the preparation of daily cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare quarterly management accounts for senior finance personnel's review before presentation to the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll teams to promptly address any inquiries they may have.
- Compile and submit Revenue returns in compliance with local tax laws in various operating countries.
- Generate year-end accounts and facilitate external auditors by addressing their queries.
- Summarize recurring monthly work costs versus revenues.
- Conduct General Ledger accounting and intercompany transactional analysis, along with regular reconciliation of Balance Sheet items.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and CSO Returns.
- Participate in monthly meetings with Accounts Receivable to analyze Aged Debtor's schedules and assist in resolving outstanding issues.
- ACA/ACCA/CPA Qualified Accountant
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy Accounts Department
- Experience working in the Construction/Engineering industry is a distinct advantage
