Support Worker Role

Cpl Healthcare is seeking Support Workers for a rewarding role in the disability sector.

  • Empower individuals to live independent lives in their home and community.
  • Support the development and delivery of person-centred plans.
  • Foster active citizenship through community partnerships aligned with individual goals and wishes.
  • Transport service users to access community services.
  • Perform key worker duties, including administration, advocacy, family liaison, and plan implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant QQI qualification (minimum Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent).
  • Experience working with individuals in the disability sector.
  • Be over 18 years old.
  • A full clean manual driving license with access to a private vehicle for work purposes.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a related field.
