Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Geriatric Care Specialist to join our team at Our Lady's Hospice & Care Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical services to patients in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality medical services to patients in ECU and CRU
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • Full registration in the General Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Irish Medical Council
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in geriatric care or palliative care
  • Diploma in Medicine for Older Person or MICGP/MRCGP/MRCPI
