Senior Product Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team in the development of new products and technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to make a meaningful impact at a leading medical technology company.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing project managers and engineers who are responsible for introducing new products and technologies into our portfolio. The successful candidate will have ultimate responsibility for project management, stakeholder management, people management, and technical assessment of all assigned projects.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will have a proven track record of delivering key programs and projects within specified timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
This is a collaborative leadership role where you will work closely with other teams and divisions to deliver new products aligned with our divisional pipelines.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in engineering, management, or related fields.
