Lead Strategist Role

This role focuses on advancing patient-centric outcomes and driving the development of evidence-based strategies across multiple therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health economics and outcomes research, with expertise in creating and executing complex projects.

The successful applicant will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams, influencing business decisions, and effectively communicating research findings to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and overseeing research strategies to drive sustained integration of health economics and outcomes from early clinical development through commercialization.
  • Formulating and driving patient-focused outcomes, real-world evidence, and economic value strategies for priority products and geographies.
  • Serving as a strategic partner on lead/core teams throughout development and/or commercialization.

To excel in this position, applicants should possess:

  • A Doctorate (PhD, MD) or PharmD/MS degree with 5-11 years of experience in creating, executing, and delivering outcomes strategies/projects.
  • Strong comprehension and communication skills, including the ability to translate and disseminate complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate within and across teams.

Additional skills and preferences include:

  • Understanding of healthcare systems in at least one of the US, Europe, and Asia.
  • Understanding of and experience with healthcare delivery models and clinical research.
  • Technical and analytic capabilities in one or more of the following areas: economic modeling, economic evaluation, cost-effectiveness evaluation, patient-focused outcomes, real-world evidence, burden of disease, epidemiology, statistics, healthcare policy.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive research agendas to completion and dissemination.
  • Ability to think and act globally with a customer focus and a solution orientation.
