Job Title: Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide exceptional service to customers and achieve sales targets by applying multi-brand selling methods, product knowledge, and basic service flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Apply multi-brand selling methods, product knowledge, and follow basic service flow to generate sales
  • Be comfortable stopping potential customers to share L'Oreal beauty with them
  • Utilize POS software and other digital systems required to successfully manage the counter
  • Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising, including appearance and cleanliness of the counter/store, follow merchandising guidelines, and ensure on-shelf product availability
  • Develop positive relationships with airport floor managers and head office
  • Represent the brand with attitude, events, and on-brand grooming
  • Convey passion and master storytelling
  • Connect with clients and provide good solutions and after-sales/service
