About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Proposition Manager. As a key member of our Proposition Development team, you will be responsible for delivering product governance and regulatory compliance for life products.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Proposition and Product Pricing to ensure that all cross-functional projects are delivered successfully. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of product governance and regulatory compliance
  • Key influencer on regulatory change impacts PIA propositions and delivery of same
  • Key contributor to marketing and contractual material

Strong industry knowledge and detailed knowledge of life products, including investment bonds, markets and competitors is essential for this role. Experience in a Proposition Development environment is also required.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex problems and issues effectively to a variety of peers and stakeholders
  • Ability to constructively challenge and influence a range of peers and stakeholders
