Engineering & Technical Talent Acquisition

We're seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy building relationships, delivering solutions, and making an impact, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and placing professionals in Engineering, Technical, and Science sectors using our extensive database, social media, job boards, and headhunting skills.
  • Cultivating long-term partnerships with clients and candidates through great service, insight, and genuine interest in their success.
  • Developing knowledge of key industries and trends to become a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job brief through to offer, delivering a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
  • Working towards realistic KPIs and revenue targets that reward quality and results.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a professional environment.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field (Science, Engineering, Technical, or Business).
  • Skilled at using a range of sourcing techniques to find and engage top talent.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and ready to offer creative solutions to client and candidate challenges.
  • A natural relationship-builder with a genuine interest in careers, business, and doing right by people.
