Job Description
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of projects within the project delivery team engaging with multiple stakeholders and Team Leads.
  • Coordinate project deliverables, schedule updates, and financial monitoring for a portfolio of renewable energy focused projects.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure KPIs and project reports are up-to-date.
  • Document decisions and actions from internal governance meetings and set timeframes to close out.
  • Manage the Change Control process and deliver any improvements identified.
  • Coordinate inputs for submission to monthly reporting to senior management.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely information reporting and departmental reviews.
  • Monitor progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Ensure quality of information reported at all times.
  • Develop effective daily formal and informal communications to facilitate successful project status reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator/Analyst in a Construction/Engineering/Consultancy or equivalent environment.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of projects from conception to delivery.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and proven ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Excel and Power BI dashboards.
  • Strong attention to detail with a structured and organised approach to task delivery.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite and relevant software packages.
