Training Specialist

As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to ensure our clients have the knowledge and skills they need to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for top customers, new accounts, and regional trainings.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify training needs, define objectives, and seize opportunities.
  • Implement a robust training program aligned with our brand representation and guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide qualitative feedback from the field.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding and embodiment of our brand identity, with knowledge of the professional medical aesthetic universe.
  • Commitment to regularly update knowledge on new medical aesthetics treatment procedures within the industry and provide feedback to your line manager.
  • Able to create strong, trustworthy relationships with key account contacts, including clinic managers, training managers, and head healthcare professionals/medical directors.
