Medical Equipment Maintenance Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Equipment Maintenance Expert to join our team at Healthcare 21. As a Medical Equipment Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of medical equipment located within hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial environments. This includes OEM training, working on Becton Dickinson Microbiology and Epredia Histology and Cytology instrumentation, and providing technical support, repair, installation, and commissioning of leading brands in medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support, repair, installation, and commissioning of medical equipment
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain accurate records and document preparation
• Issue certificates as necessary
• Develop and maintain a good relationship with all customers
• Assist with demonstrations and emergency assistance to customers

Requirements
• Strong background in science or engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Full clean driving license
• Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required
