Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Chief Financial Officer. This senior leadership role will drive financial operations and improve performance by providing strategic advice and support.

The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, accounting, reporting, capital management, compliance, and the legal function. They will also be responsible for supporting procurement, leading transformation projects, and acting as a strategic advisor to identify and drive value creation, set financial targets, develop strategies, monitor expenditure, and evaluate investments.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with proven experience in financial planning, strategy implementation, revenue growth, and stakeholder confidence. Project management skills and adaptability are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 20 years PQE in senior finance roles within Asset Management or Insurance sectors
  • Commercial awareness and experience in implementing business strategies
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting
  • Technologically savvy, with experience in BI and analytics
  • Successful track record in transformational projects
  • Strong regulatory knowledge (UCITS, AIFMD, etc.)
