Job Requirements
This role requires a team lead with experience in a fast-paced and heavily regulated manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven & quality-conscious individual with a sound understanding of Standard Operating Procedures, line documentation, and customer-specific requirements.
You will be responsible for ensuring production operators meet quality and productivity standards, counseling/retraining operators on quality issues, and monitoring attendance/timekeeping. Additionally, you will conduct start-up meetings, induct new employees, and maintain effective communication within the team.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure production operators meet quality and productivity standards.
