Global Payments and Collections Leader

A senior executive position is available for a leader to manage payments and collections globally.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development of global payment and collections strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop an international team of finance professionals.
- Create and deliver collections strategies to reduce outstanding receivables.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practice standards.
- Implement fraud prevention controls and adopt new technologies to strengthen treasury operations.
- Collaborate with teams to streamline processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
- 10+ years' experience in payments, collections, treasury, or reinsurance accounting.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably with international scope.
- Proven experience driving strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
