Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary of €29,700 per year, with potential increments up to €39,500 based on shift pattern and performance-based bonuses (T&C apply). Additionally, you'll have access to private healthcare and a pension contribution scheme after 12 months of service.

Job Description

As a Social Media Content Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving reported issues, such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content. You will utilize market knowledge and insights to find solutions to improve the support of our client's community of users.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and most importantly – empathy

  • Ability to make decisions, prioritize, solve problems, and work as part of a team

Work Schedule and Shift Pattern

You can join our Day or Evening team, with no rotations. Your chosen shift will be permanent. Work schedule: 5 days a week, usually Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and Bank Holidays to ensure coverage.
