This is a newly created position within our Intellectual Property team.

An exciting opportunity to advise clients in innovation-led sectors on complex IP matters, you will work with an international team on high-profile work across patents, trademarks, designs, copyright and data rights.

1. Develop and implement multi-jurisdictional IP strategies for clients, including advising on risk and emerging technologies, such as AI.
2. Support the growth and development of the IP practice and contribute to the expansion of our Dublin office.
3. Provide commercial, solutions-focused advice to clients.
4. Promote business development and cross-border collaboration, including short-term secondments.
