Job Role Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts invoicing, debtors and creditors processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Perform daily tasks related to accounts management, including data entry and filing.
- Update databases and perform filing and scanning tasks as required.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and other in-house systems to streamline processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Accounts Technician qualification is highly desirable.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period.
