Culinary Apprentice

Are you passionate about culinary arts and seeking a challenging role in the hospitality industry? As a Culinary Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a state-of-the-art facility, working closely with experienced chefs and trainers.

The role is part of a three-year apprenticeship program, where you will spend two years in college studying for a QQI Level 6 Major Award in Advanced Certificate in Culinary Arts. Upon completion, you will be awarded a recognized qualification and offered a full-time, salaried contract as a Junior Commis Chef.
