We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a group of individuals, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution of tasks.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work on a 37.5-hour weekly contract, divided across five days. This role requires flexibility, as the individual must be available to work throughout the week. The hourly rate for this position starts at €14.55 per hour, with opportunities for sales incentives and discounted fuel.

This is a permanent contract with guaranteed weekly hours, providing a stable income for the right candidate. We also offer 20 days' holiday per year, pro rata, allowing our staff to recharge and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of two years' experience in retail. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a passion for delivering high standards, and excellent customer service skills.

A Typical Day

A typical day in this role may involve leading shifts, serving customers, merchandising, preparing food and coffee, cleaning, and generating sales leads for our fuel card team.
