Main Tasks:
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee stock management, tracking inventory levels, and updating records accordingly.
- Prepare reports, providing valuable insights to internal teams.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy information retrieval.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and take ownership of tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
